What are the 3 most important things i want to achieve by the end of the week and what 3 things do I need to complete to achieve each of those? This rule has given me clarity and helped to reduce the overwhelm I was feeling because of being run by my inbox and tasks lists. I was always busy but getting nowhere. I completed the online Better Workday course which I flew through as its really straight forward and practical. I really like that there's the option to do follow up sessions after with Niamh on a one-one basis and I'm considering this for the future..
