The result was overwork, success, burnout, recovery and repeat. During my 14 years in the corporate world, I burned out more than three different times. There was even a day when I hallucinated a truck crashing into a wall on my way home from work!

When I saw other people around me falling into the same traps, I couldn’t stand by and watch it happen. So I combined my personal and professional experience with a ton of research and created A Better Workday. As a busy mom of 2 young children, trying to “balance it all”, I still struggle from time to time. Everything I learn from my own life and that of my clients gets fed back into ABW.
